1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Chainshift.co, Chainshift Dashboard and service, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), provided by Chainshift Co., Ltd. a South Korea company.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and applicable South Korean laws. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.

We respect your privacy and comply with applicable laws including the local Personal Information Protection Act.

2. Description of Service

Chainshift provides an AI search optimization platform (AEO, GEO, LLM Visibility) that allows companies to analyze brand visibility, manage campaigns, and generate AI-optimized content. Features may include analytics dashboards, content generation, structured data tools, and reporting. Services may change depending on your subscription plan and Pay as you go model.

3. User Accounts

  • Registration: Certain features require an account. You must provide accurate and complete information.
  • Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Sharing accounts is prohibited.
  • Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or unlawful use.

4. Content Ownership and Responsibility

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of content submitted to Chainshift. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the Services.
  • Third-Party Services: Data may be processed by third-party providers (e.g., Supabase, OpenAI, Paddle, AWS) as disclosed in our Privacy Policy.
  • Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Chainshift for:

  • Unlawful activities or promotion of gambling.
  • Sexual, explicit, or harmful material.
  • Content violating third-party rights or AI platform policies.
  • Content violating rights Chainshift.

6. Service Availability

We strive for uninterrupted service but do not guarantee uptime. Service interruptions due to third-party providers (e.g., Paddle, Supabase, AWS) are outside our control.

7. Fees and Payments

  • Fees are billed via Paddle (Merchant of Record).
  • Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • You are responsible for applicable taxes.

8. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy explains data handling, including collection, use, storage, and user rights.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is".

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Korea. Disputes will be resolved exclusively by South Korean courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Updates will be notified via email or dashboard at least 15 days in advance. Continued use indicates acceptance.
